By using the services of FREIGHT PRO LOGISTICS, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Carriage. These conditions apply to all postal and parcel delivery services provided by FREIGHT PRO LOGISTICS.

2. Items We Carry

We carry letters, parcels and packages within the US and internationally, subject to size and weight restrictions. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, and items that may cause damage to other mail.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless you choose a guaranteed service. Priority aims for 1-3 business day delivery. Standard aims for delivery within 3-5 business days.

4. Compensation

Compensation for loss or damage depends on the service used. Standard services include basic compensation. Enhanced compensation is available with tracked and insured services.

5. Customs & International

International items may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges. Items must comply with the import regulations of the destination country.
